If you wish to cancel your reservation, please let us know 72 hours prior to your arrival. If less than 72 hours, you will be subject to a penalty in the amount of a one-night stay.
The reservation holder must be 21 years of age or older. The Keeter Center at College of the Ozarks is a smoke-free, alcohol-free, pet-free facility.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Guest Classification
Rate includes two to four guests based on room type, additional guests twenty-five dollars each. All guests five years and over will be classified as an adult and additional fees will apply.
Lost Items
The College assumes no responsibility for contents left in the room or automobile or loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables unless placed in our safe deposit boxes at the Front Desk.
College's Expectations for Guests
The College of the Ozarks is a religious, non-profit, educational institution. The Vision of College of the Ozarks is to develop citizens of Christ-like character who are well-educated, hard-working, and patriotic. The College focuses on developing young men and women in accordance with biblical teachings, including traditional notions of family, marriage, and sexuality. In keeping with the College's Vision, Mission, and Goals, all events and the conduct THE KEETER CENTER Hard Work U.® AT COLLEGE OF THE OZARKS One Opportunity Ave. Point Lookout, Missouri 65726 417-239-1900 of patrons must reflect the expectations of the College as expressed in this paragraph, in the College Catalog, and in the faculty, staff, and student handbooks. The College reserves the right to prohibit events and not extend services to persons or groups that are inconsistent with the College's beliefs and expectations. Though the College will not deviate from its stated position, this provision is not intended to, and will not be used as a way to, exclude or discriminate against persons or groups that are legally protected under state and federal laws as those laws are applicable to the College. The Keeter Center at College of the Ozarks is a smoke-free, alcohol-free, pet-free facility, as well as a learning laboratory of the College's educational program, and is operated under the same Vision, Mission, Goals, and expectations as the College. Customer acknowledges that the College has entered into this Agreement upon the assertion of the Customer that Customer and the Event will reflect the ideals, values, and expectations of the College. If the College in its sole discretion, determines at any time prior to or during the Event that Customer of the Event does not reflect the ideals, values, and expectations of the College, the College may immediately terminate this contract and prevent the Event from being held or continuing. If the College terminates this Agreement under this provision, any payments made by the Customer will be refunded.
